Welcome to Sharp020’s Blog

Hello! I’m Sharp020. This space is all about how I give sneakers a new look with quilting. Plus, I share step-by-step guides on how to do it yourself.

  • Late on this, but the mints were done

I’ve had a busy couple of months and haven’t had a chance to update the site in a bit. Foremost, I finished up the mind N-SB dunks, heres a pic of them: Heres the link to the album, again thanks to Mario Garcia for the pictures: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sharp020/sets/72157628842610515/with/6686221769/ Later today I will post up more pictures…

I was working on a Janoski a couple of weeks ago, but I had to put a pause on it because of some essays I’m doing for school. I do have to continue with a paid order I received as well(I’m not currently taking orders though), so here’s some pics of what I did today, mostly printing…

  • “Inverted” portfolio piece completed.

Finally got it done, spent about 4 hours on it today, I wish I could have finished it sooner, but I’m happy with the way it turned out. There are a couple of tiny little spots where I kinda messed up, but nothing big or distracting so its alright.

  • Continuation on the “inverted” portfolio piece. Part 2.

In the past two days I got the drawing traced to the bristol and filled up the first half with marker. I did most of the marker work today really. Now I gotta finish the other side, which might take a bit longer since its going to have much more black than this side:
